Senior Sales Director, Ontario Division

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our Revicare team in Ontario. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing day-to-day operations, and developing strategic business plans to achieve our financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure they meet their targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to align on business objectives and develop effective solutions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal colleagues.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior sales role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strategic thinking capability balanced with tactical and implementation/execution skills.
- Proven ability to develop, execute, and deliver effective business development strategies in a competitive market.
- Demonstrated experience in the healthcare sector, with a strong preference for knowledge of incontinence and medical supplies.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with persons of varying levels across the organization in a professional and mature manner.
