This role oversees organizational policies and programs, allocating resources and establishing departments. Key responsibilities include coordinating work, representing the company strategically, and selecting executive staff. A successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage an organized team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
    • Represent Ontario Inc. and negotiate on its behalf in official functions
    • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimal working conditions
    • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Supervision: 1 to 2 people
