Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Wireless Fix. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assign sales tasks and duties to team members to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff to improve their skills and performance.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is ordered and maintained in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
