What is the opportunity?

The Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate to join its advisory team. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service, managing client accounts, and supporting the Investment Advisors in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional servicing of client inquiries and requests
  • Support the Investment Advisors in administrative duties, including client account management and review preparation
  • Assist in the preparation of client reviews and presentations
  • Request information and documentation from clients to maintain accurate client files
  • Coordinate meetings and events for the Investment Advisors, including printing and distributing reports
  • Monitor and ensure timely completion of pending transfers

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH), or willingness to complete upon hire
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service
