Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve our services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs, using this insight to inform our sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business or facilities services context.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
