Job Title: Early Childhood Supervisor

At FIRST STEPS ACADEMY INC., we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the well-being of children
  • Lead activities that foster learning and development, including storytelling, singing, and outings
  • Monitor children's progress and prepare reports for parents and guardians
  • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and maintain a safe environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues and community service providers to support children's needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of early childhood educators and assistants
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in early childhood education
  • Secondary school graduation certificate
  • Knowledge of licensing regulations and child development principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
