Job Title: Early Childhood Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Supervisor to join our team at Aspen Hill Montessori Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our child care centre, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote children's development.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers.
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of other early childhood educators and assistants.
Requirements:
  • Child Development Supervisor (ECE Level 3) certification.
  • Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Training certification.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Montessori Early Childhood Teacher Certificate.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
