Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Brooks Grocery. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain accurate records to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experience by resolving issues promptly and efficiently, addressing customer complaints, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
  • Workplace Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
