Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as needed to maintain efficient meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire new kitchen staff members to support the growth of our team.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff.
Work Environment

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet customer demands. You will be standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds, so a high level of physical fitness is required.
