As a key member of our Risk Management department, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our business partners to ensure the effective management of operational risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide risk advisory services to business partners to identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management on risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to ensure effective risk management and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging risks and trends in the industry and provide guidance to business partners on risk management best practices.
- Participate in the development and implementation of risk management training programs for business partners.
- Contribute to the development of risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance, risk management).
- 7+ years of experience in risk management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
