We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Harsco Environmental. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on our equipment and facilities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs and ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance data.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements, including OSHA and EPA regulations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a heavy industry or manufacturing environment.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology.
  • Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment and machinery, including diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of technicians.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
