About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our HSE team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective HSE programs and processes to prevent injuries, illnesses, and environmental incidents.
- Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Provide HSE training and guidance to employees and contractors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into business decisions.
- Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Health and Safety, Environmental, or Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
