Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves practicing labour law in a fully focused manner, with no billable hour requirements. You will have the chance to work directly with health system executive leaders on emerging critical issues with a provincial scope. The ideal candidate will preferably have at least two years of experience in the practice of labour law, supporting clients in unionized environments from a broad range of industry sectors.

  • You will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and support to our team members.
  • You will collaborate with health system executive leaders to develop and implement strategies to address emerging critical issues.

About the Role

This full-time position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check, and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B or J.D.)
  • At least two years of experience in the practice of labour law, supporting clients in unionized environments from a broad range of industry sectors
