Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Sunset Grill All Day Breakfast Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen, front-of-house, and back-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the restaurant budget to ensure cost-effective food, ingredient, and supply purchases.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant budget.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform repetitive tasks as required.
  • Attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy and quality.
