Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wireless Store Manager to lead our team of sales representatives and drive sales success. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and objectives, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Motivate a Team: Lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Engage Customers: Actively participate in engaging customers in sales activities as a part of your daily responsibilities.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide ongoing training, coaching and development to Wireless Sales Representatives to improve their skills, product knowledge and customer service abilities.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of Wireless Sales Representatives, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that the highest level of service is provided to all customers, resolving escalations, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and implement a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover.
  • Store Operations: Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Financial Management: Adhere to store level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labour costs and financial performance.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide a positive in-store experience.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
