Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wireless Store Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth at The Mobile Shop. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Participate in engaging customers in sales activities and provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to improve their skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Ensure that the highest level of service is provided to all customers, resolving escalations, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory levels and implement a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover.
  • Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Adhere to store-level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labor costs, and financial performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail sales leadership role, preferably in the wireless industry.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
