Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Drilling Operations Specialist to join our team at Stage 3 Separation in Vancouver, Canada.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee mechanical processes for enhanced drilling operations and recycling drilling mud through closed loop systems.
  • Ensure all equipment and systems operate within Stage 3 Separation standards and policies.
  • Monitor and control process levels, mud weights, pressures, and flows for applicable processes and systems.
  • Collect and validate critical data required to complete daily reports.
  • Regularly attend and participate in safety meetings, identify safety issues, and report incidents.
  • Maintain safe and clean equipment and work areas.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Previous field experience in the Oil and Gas industry required, with dewatering and solids control experience preferred.
  • Heavy Equipment certification (excavator, and forklift) an asset but not required.
  • Ability to work 12hr shifts, including days, swing, and nights, as well as weekends and holidays.
  • Willingness to travel to remote locations across Canada.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
