We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatcher - Concrete at Bedford Ready Mix. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing production scheduling, planning, and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage production scheduling, planning, and reporting to ensure efficient operations
  • Assist with the supervision of staff, including driver scheduling and training
  • Initiate and maintain a healthy environment with respect to cleanliness, production, and safety
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team

**Requirements**

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Computer skills and experience with scheduling software
  • Ability to work with changing schedules and irregular hours
  • Own transportation required (no public transportation available for shift start time)
