About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Maxi. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our clients, and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that our store's shelves are fully stocked and responding to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain and restock store displays and shelves to meet company standards.
- Accurately scan and process customer transactions, manage inventory, and assist with ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising displays and promotional programs.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment by maintaining the store's appearance and adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- You are a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- You are able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
