About the Role

  • As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food processing facility, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • You will lead a high-performing management team, developing and implementing strategies to drive operational improvements and increase efficiency.
  • With a focus on continuous improvement, you will work closely with our team to identify areas for growth and implement changes that benefit the company and our customers.
  • You will also be responsible for developing and communicating financial performance metrics, as well as analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment, including cost management, production planning, inventory control, quality control, and continuous improvement.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a high-performing management team and developing talents.
  • A Lean Six Sigma certification is considered a significant asset.
  • Ability to demonstrate successes in driving operational improvements while ensuring daily performance.
  • Highly professional attitude and diplomatic skills, ability to establish effective partnerships at all levels of the organization as a collaborative team player.
  • Experience in developing, communicating, and analyzing financial performance metrics for facilities.
  • Experience in food processing technologies.
