Job Summary

As a Fitness Manager with Fitness World, you will lead a dynamic team of personal trainers and support clients in achieving their health and fitness goals. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with team members, clients, and the member base, leading by example, and motivating others to grow and develop through education and personal development.

Requirements
  • Active personal trainer and first aid certification
  • Three years of experience as a personal trainer
  • Leadership and/or management experience is preferred
  • Prior experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing new personal trainers
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
  • Has an exceptional work ethic
  • Motivated self-starter and team player
  • Professional, punctual, and organized
