Job Summary

Seven Oaks General Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support services to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with patient care and daily living activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years recent relevant experience.
  • Grade 10 education and/or Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized college.
  • BCLS and/or Heart Saver certification (where required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position working in a fast-paced hospital environment. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
