Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Compassionate Care Home & Hospital Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Healthcare Support Worker will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes, hospitals, and other care settings. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and mobility
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to healthcare professionals
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Healthcare Aide Certificate
  • First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move patients as needed
