Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at London Drugs. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets and ensuring the safety of our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct surveillance and investigations to identify and prevent loss
  • Work collaboratively with our security team to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Identify areas of loss and develop strategies to reduce shrinkage
  • Apprehend individuals committing criminal offenses against the company
  • Secure evidence and prepare reports for court testimony
  • Perform special assignments, including lock repair and key control
  • Maintain the overall security of our locations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a loss prevention or security role
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and own vehicle
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
