Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at O-Sho Japanese Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that our kitchen is always well-stocked and efficient.
- Monitor food quality and service, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
- Prepare and submit reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve our kitchen operations.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
