As an experienced software engineer, you have the opportunity to lend your coding expertise to train our AI models. This freelance project allows you to work remotely and choose your own hours, making it an ideal fit for those seeking flexibility.
Project Overview
We partner with leading organizations to train large language models, enabling them to write better code. The projects typically involve working on discrete problems that require engaging with the AI model as it learns to code.
No prior experience with AI is required, but a strong foundation in computer science is essential for success in this role.
Your Role
You will be contributing your expertise by crafting and answering questions related to computer science, helping to train our AI models. Your tasks will also include evaluating and ranking code generated by these models.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should possess the following skills:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science from a reputable institution.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, and Verilog.
- The ability to communicate complex concepts fluently in English.
- An eye for detail, ensuring accurate grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.
Compensation
The pay rate for core project work ranges from $25 to $50 per hour, depending on your expertise, location, and project requirements. Higher rates may be offered to PhD holders, while lower rates may apply for non-core work or overtime phases. Certain projects may also offer incentive payments.
