Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Production Specialist to join our team at our manufacturing facility. As an Industrial Production Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, performing quality checks, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain production equipment, including automatic and semi-automatic filling and packaging equipment
  • Perform quality checks to ensure that products meet quality standards
  • Assist in generating and tracking production statistics
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work safely and follow all in-place policies and procedures

Requirements

  • OSSD diploma or equivalent and successful passing of basic qualification testing
  • Ability to safely perform physical work, including pushing, pulling, and lifting to 50lbs repetitively
  • Ability to work overtime and in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately complete paperwork and data input in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant mechanical experience and experience with operating automatic and semi-automatic filling and packaging equipment would be considered an asset
