Job Title: Roofing Apprentice

Flynn Canada Ltd. is seeking a skilled Roofing Apprentice to join our team. As a Roofing Apprentice, you will assist experienced roofers in installing and repairing roofing systems, including built-up roofing, single-ply roofing, and metal roofing.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the installation and repair of roofing systems, including built-up roofing, single-ply roofing, and metal roofing.
  • Perform tasks such as measuring, cutting, and installing roofing materials.
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of roofing equipment and tools.
  • Work at heights and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with experienced roofers to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the roofing industry.
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.
  • Excellent oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
