About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automobile Damage Repair Estimator to join our team at 360 West Coast Auto Sales Inc. As an Automobile Damage Repair Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assessing and estimating the cost of repairs for damaged vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and estimate the cost of repairs for damaged vehicles, taking into account the extent of the damage and the required materials and labor.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the repair process, including the use of specialized equipment and techniques.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including technicians and managers, to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate with customers to provide estimates and explain the repair process, ensuring that they are informed and satisfied with the service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, such as automobile body repair or collision repair.
  • Permanent employment with a reputable company.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
  • 40 hours per week of work, with a regular schedule.
