We are seeking a skilled Automobile Damage Repair Estimator to join our team at 360 West Coast Auto Sales Inc. As an Automobile Damage Repair Estimator, you will play a critical role in assessing and repairing damaged vehicles to ensure they are safe and roadworthy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and Estimate Damage: Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of the damage and provide accurate estimates for repairs.
  • Lead a Team: Supervise and instruct apprentices in the repair process, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Prepare Surfaces for Painting: Mask and tape auto body surfaces to prepare them for painting, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Repair and Replace Parts: Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills, and bolt or weld replacement parts into place, ensuring a precise fit and finish.
  • Apply Coatings and Finishes: Apply primers and repaint surfaces, using a variety of techniques to achieve a high-quality finish.
  • Repair or Replace Interior Components: Repair or replace interior components, such as seats, carpets, and trim, to restore the vehicle to its original condition.
  • Mix and Apply Paint: Mix paint to match the original color and apply it to the vehicle's surfaces, using a variety of techniques to achieve a smooth and even finish.
  • Operate Equipment: Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams, ensuring a precise and professional finish.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
