Job Summary

iHaul Freight Limited is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country in a tractor-trailer. This is a permanent position with a 40 to 50 hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload goods
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
Requirements
  • Will train
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Langue de travail: Anglais
