Key Responsibilities- Support accredited technicians in the service and maintenance of petroleum equipment, systems, and accessories
- Assist in the repair and maintenance of leak detection systems
- Deliver parts to job sites as required
- Contribute to the management and housekeeping of the shop and warehouse
- Participate in second-man duties on service calls under the supervision of a lead technician
- Maintain professionalism, sensitivity, and tact when interacting with clients
- Develop independent judgment in solving unusual work problems
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service
- Mechanical aptitude and enthusiasm for solving complex problems
- Clean driver's abstract and valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Moderate computer skills
- Proven customer service skills
- Motivated and enthusiastic attitude
The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000-$75,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
