Job Title: Operations Vice President

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at Total Group Worldwide Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operations function and ensuring the smooth execution of our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the operations function and develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage a team of operations managers and ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their duties
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a senior role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
