Job Title: Operations Vice President

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at Hunter Express Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our operations team and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Lead a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve business objectives
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
