Maintenance Attendant

We are currently looking for a heavy duty housekeeping attendant to be part of our dynamic team Schedule 10/15 from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. (includes every other weekend). **ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Clear and salt the entrances
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Make service calls
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
