We are seeking a Senior Advisor to enhance consistent performance and behaviors of others in our service delivery team.

About the Role

The Senior Advisor is responsible for coaching case workers to improve their skills and independence, contributing to continuous quality improvement and enabling service excellence.

This role introduces positive and lasting change by identifying areas for individual development, devising short and long-term goals, and supporting individuals to achieve or exceed performance standards through regular feedback and coaching conversations.

The Senior Advisor develops individual coaching plans with the Manager and case workers, monitors the application of skills and behaviors, and provides timely feedback in coaching conversations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, including social sciences, business, safety, health management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in a case management environment.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working at a senior decision-making level.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with a coaching component focused on enhancing individual effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated experience building inter and cross-departmental relationships.
