Culinary Team Lead

As a key member of the Tasty Sweets and Restaurant Ltd team, the Culinary Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring seamless food preparation and service. Key responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, maintaining records of food costs, and developing new recipes.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the culinary field
Key Tasks:
- Maintain detailed records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
- Create innovative and high-quality new recipes
- Train and instruct kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques
- Supervise a team of 5-10 kitchen staff members
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Develop and maintain efficient kitchen operations
Personal Suitability:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Reliable and a team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in a permanent role
