Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

At Bell Canada, we're looking for a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized sales support to customers, helping them find the right devices and plans for their needs.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their connectivity requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
