Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor revenues and labour costs to optimize profitability
- Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Determine menu offerings and implement operational procedures
- Balance cash and complete financial reports
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Organize and maintain inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Plan and direct daily operations, including menu planning and inventory management
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
