In this role, you will leverage your project management and consulting skills to plan and execute deliverables based on confirmed scope, goals, timelines, and resource needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Service Experiences: Ensure deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Implement and Configure Software: Lead software configuration, testing, and deployment based on client needs.
- Analyze Customer Workflows: Analyze customer workflows and provide recommendations on how best to utilize our software to achieve their business goals.
- Train New Users: Train new users remotely and on-site on best business practices, fitting their institution's needs to our software and ensuring effective adoption and usage.
- Liaise with Clients: Liaise with the client and internal project team according to standard processes, and provide end-user feedback with the goal to improve the project cycle, product quality, and usability.
Requirements:
- 4+ Years Experience: 4+ years experience in a client-facing enterprise application implementation consulting role.
- Technical Skills: Proven software implementation experience, including workflow analysis, configuration, testing, and training.
- Customer-Focused Attitude: Exceptional customer-focused attitude, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities in a high-pressure environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $90,000 CAD per year, plus comprehensive benefits, including 3% RRSP matching, comprehensive health benefits, 3-week paid vacation, unlimited paid flex days, and paid birthday off.
