Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members. Set schedules, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.

Menu Planning and Pricing

Work with the culinary team to develop and implement menu changes that drive sales and customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure our menu is competitive.

Customer Service

Ensure that every customer has an exceptional dining experience. Respond to customer complaints and feedback, and implement changes to improve service.

Marketing and Promotion

Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
