Job Title: Administrator, Land & Community

Cordelio Power, a leading renewable energy company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator, Land & Community to support the development, construction, and operations of our wind, solar, and storage projects across North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process land and community-related payments, including property tax reimbursements, using Pandell LandWorks and NetSuite.
  2. Assist with generating payment escalations and royalty calculations.
  3. Coordinate the execution process of real estate agreements with the legal team and executive team.
  4. Work with the accounting team to set up new landowners or entities as new vendors and verify documentation.
  5. Process transfers of property and collect new documentation from landowners, including payment directives, payment authorization forms, W-9s, and Assignment and Assumption Agreements.
  6. Contribute to the preparation of landowner and community-related events.
  7. Track and monitor expenses against land/community-related budgets.
  8. Manage spreadsheets to track tasks, agreements, and coordinate activities with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree preferred, with equivalent and relevant experience considered.
  2. 1-2 years' experience in a similar administrative or relevant role.
  3. Strong attention to detail and precise record-keeping skills.
  4. Excellent communication and time management skills.
  5. Ability to read and analyze heavily worded legal documentation.
  6. Financial acumen: basic understanding of accounting processes, payment cycles, and calculations.

  1. Demonstrated ability to scale and take on increasing responsibility as Cordelio grows.
  2. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  3. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated impact in previous roles.
Travel Requirements:
  1. Up to 10% primarily domestically (U.S. and Canada), including travel to remote project locations and company facilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
  1. The compensation range for this position is CAD $60,000-75,000 per year, depending on experience.
