Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled painter and decorator to join our team at Multigroup Contracting. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality finishes on our projects.

About the Role
  • You will work on interior and exterior surfaces, applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials to deliver exceptional results.
  • Your attention to detail and hand-eye coordination will be essential in achieving precise color matching and finish quality.
  • You must be physically fit and able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), with regular bending, crouching, and kneeling required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of basic education level is preferred, although experience is considered an asset.
  • You must have excellent physical capabilities, including flexibility, initiative, and reliability.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and working effectively in a team environment.
Work Conditions
  • You will work outdoors and at heights, exposing yourself to various environmental conditions.
  • Moderate odors may be present in some work environments.
  • Various locations may require travel or commuting.
Equipment and Machinery Experience
  • Previous experience with brush painting, conventional spray painting, and roller painting is highly valued.
Salary and Benefits
