We are a dynamic and growing hairdressing salon chain seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Hairdressing Salon Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence
    • Direct and control daily salon operations to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Team Leadership
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure consistency and high standards.
    • Hire, train, and supervise a team of hairdressing professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Manage and maintain a budget of $1,500,001 - $4,000,000.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment
    • Beauty shop or aesthetic service environment.
  • Physical Demands
    • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
    • Fast-paced environment.
    • Physically demanding.
