About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairdressing Salon Supervisor to join our team at Afrina Beauty Center. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

Coordinate and schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure seamless execution and maximum customer satisfaction.

Client Support

Provide exceptional support to clients with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their salon experience.

Emergency Response

Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing swift and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to our operations.

Team Collaboration

Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Quality Control

Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and production levels, ensuring that our salon consistently meets the expectations of our clients.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring that our salon is always clean and well-maintained.

Reporting and Administration

Prepare and submit progress reports, as well as other administrative tasks, to ensure that our salon's operations are well-documented and easily trackable.

Supply Chain Management

Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring that our salon is always well-stocked and equipped to meet the demands of our clients.

Training and Development

Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that our team is well-equipped to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Laundry and Cleaning

Wash or dry-clean industrial or household articles, ensuring that our salon's equipment and facilities are always clean and well-maintained.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • Language of work: English
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week
