Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our team of software engineers in developing large-scale enterprise solutions. As a senior member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving the technology product group level design, articulating solution options to senior leadership, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

You will oversee the technical vision, roadmap, and execution of software development initiatives, maintaining coding and design standards, architecture principles, and operational resilience across all solutions.

This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, as well as experience working with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools like Jenkins and Splunk.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or technology programs. You should also have:

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills">
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and DevOps tools">
  • Excellent technical background as a full-stack developer with experience building large-scale enterprise solutions">
  • Hands-on experience with database management, REST API, microservices, and container solutions">
  • Knowledge of Azure public cloud design and implementation, as well as Event Streaming using Kafka">
  • Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements for authentication and identity management">
