Electrical Project Engineer

Exp Global Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to lead our electrical team in Markham, ON. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with designers to create electrical system designs that meet project requirements.
  • Verify designer work quality and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers.
  • Lead the design team to develop project deliverables, including Basis of Design, Schematic Design, and Construction Documents.
  • Apply risk management practices to all projects.
  • Contribute to revisions of EXP's design standards and master specifications.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree.
  • Registered Professional Engineer.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and electrical design software.
  • AutoCAD experience required, REVIT MEP proficiency desired.
