We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at McCarthy Uniforms in Burnaby. As a Key Holder, you'll play a vital role in leading our store and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
  • Supervise and train Retail Sales Associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Manage inventory, including receiving and replenishing stock, creating transfers, and filling internet orders
  • Monitor cash float and daily balancing paperwork to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Participate in the maintenance and cleanliness of the store to maintain a high level of professionalism
