Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily café operations, including supervising staff, monitoring revenues, and evaluating daily operations.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including setting staff work schedules and determining type of services to be offered.
- Recruit and train staff, and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor staff performance and conduct performance reviews.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and lead/instruct individuals as needed.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Flexibility and reliability.
