Nordic Ski Area Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience at our Nordic ski area. With a focus on leadership and team management, you will oversee a dedicated team of 150 seasonal employees across seven departments, all united by a shared commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities include championing and promoting our OHS policies and procedures, ensuring all team members have completed annual training and onboarding, and fostering a positive environment that encourages growth and skill development.

Additionally, you will be responsible for financial management, including monitoring and expanding revenue streams, managing operating costs, and coordinating operations to ensure maximum efficiency.

Strong project management skills, proficiency in MS Office and other computer systems, and the ability to work a flexible schedule are essential for this role. A minimum of 4 years of relevant management experience in the ski industry is required, with Nordic skiing experience being an asset.
